Early in 2022, the Winter Olympics and Winter Paralympics will be held in Beijing, while the Commonwealth Games will be staged in Birmingham in the summer.
In July, the Women’s Euro 2022 will be held in England, and the men’s World Cup will be held in Qatar in November and December.
In England, the Rugby League World Cup begins in October, and men’s and women’s Cricket World Cups are also held.
However, with the Covid-19 pandemic still wreaking havoc throughout the world, it’s unclear whether all of the events will go off without a hitch and whether venues will be full to capacity.
