Man United Face Forking Out Millions To Pay Off Ole Gunnar’s Backroom Staff

Manchester United could be forced to pay millions after handing new three-year contracts to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s coaching team just weeks before firing him.

Now that he’s been fired, any new manager is likely to bring in his own team, resulting in millions of dollars in compensation for Solskjaer’s guys.

The arrangements were agreed on in the summer when Solskjaer signed his extension, according to sources, and it took time to smooth out the finer details.

Despite the club’s poor run, they said that the owners were principled when it came to discussing contracts and were unlikely to back out of agreements.

Until recently, Solskjaer had the full support of United’s board of directors.
