Brendan Rodgers Is Dissatisfied As Leicester Fans Express Their Displeasure

After his side was booed by their own fans during Saturday’s 3-0 loss to Chelsea, Leicester manager Brendan Rodgers expressed his disappointment.

Rodgers also denied suggestions that the Foxes’ recent disappointing performance was influenced by speculation about his future, with the former Liverpool manager lately linked with a move to Manchester United.

As the players departed the field at the King Power Stadium with a 2-0 deficit at halftime, some fans expressed their anger. Rodgers’ side now sits in the Premier League’s bottom half, with only four wins in their last 12 games.

Rodgers said: “It was very disappointing. I think I have a sense of perspective of where this team has come from over the last couple of years. We have totally over-achieved, not just arriving in the top six but challenging teams which are way above us in terms of budget.
