Aaron Ramsey’s contract with Juventus could be terminated 18 months early, leaving a slew of Premier League clubs vying for his signature.
According to Calciomercato, the Welsh midfielder is no longer in Max Allegri’s plans and may be released early from his contract. Ramsey is said to be one of the highest-paid British players in the world, earning roughly £400,000 per week in Serie A.
Ramsey’s release might also spark a bidding war, as it did when he left Arsenal in 2019.
Ramsey, who joined Arsenal from Cardiff City, won three FA Cups with the Gunners, scoring the winning goal in two finals and sharing the field with now-manager Mikel Arteta. Raul Sanlehhi and Unai Emery were the directors that let him go the first time, and fans are hopeful that the midfielder will return to the Emirates.
