This season, the 23-year-old has four goals in ten appearances, and Ranieri will be hoping he can continue his good form when Watford travels to Arsenal on Sunday.
Sarr joined Watford for a club-record amount in the summer of 2019, but struggled in a turbulent season for the club, scoring just six goals.
The 23-year-old, on the other hand, ended the next Championship season with 13 goals and has since made an impression in the Premier League.
“For me he is a diamond. He is a diamond and I have to work with him in every direction. I think he can achieve very big things,” the Hornets manager said.
