Germany, the eight-time champion, is in Group B with Denmark, Spain, and Finland, with the runners-up scheduled to face the Group A winners in the quarter-finals.
In Group C, the defending champions, the Netherlands, will play Sweden, Russia, and Switzerland. In Group D, the other seeded team, France, will face Italy, Belgium, and Iceland.
