After a pool party beyond his “wildest dream” between Denmark stars and female hotel staff before a World Cup qualifier, a hotel boss has given up.
The Danish Football Association has launched an investigation into accusations that footballers reportedly romped with hotel staff members in Elsinore last week.
Last Saturday, the Euro 2020 semi-finalists were scheduled to go to Chisinau for their qualifier versus Moldova.
In a leaked internal email to colleagues, Hotel Marienlyst manager Michael Lauritsen fumed, calling the incident “disappointing and utterly inappropriate.” Following the alleged event, two employees were reprimanded.
‘Unfortunately, some staff have been overly nice to the national team,’ he added, as reported by The Sun.
