Danny Rose, Raheem Sterling and Callum Hudson-Odoi were targeted by groups of home fans.
Sanction: Montenegro fined £16,975 by UEFA for racist abuse and ordered to play one match behind closed doors.
September 7, 2019 – Serbia v Portugal
UEFA charged the Serbian FA with six offences, including racist behaviour, illicit chants and pitch invasions.
Sanction: UEFA ruled Serbia must play their next game behind closed doors and fined the Serbia FA £28,229.
