While Liverpool beat Porto 5-1 in the Champions League on Tuesday, City, who finished second last season, were defeated 2-0 by Paris St-Germain.
“City will undoubtedly want to retaliate,” Klopp predicted.
“But we’re finally at home after a few games [away] without our fans, so let’s give it a shot.”
