Mystery, is the tag we give to things we do not quite understand how they work or come about. Of the numerous things grouped in this category, love is certainly occupying a top position. What does love truly mean? How does it work?
There has taken a lot of research and studies conducted to unravel what love is really about yet, nothing very concrete can be credited as being the measure or the Indicator of love. However, it is generally accepted that love exist and it has a strong force and effect in human society.
How does love happen? What produces love? In reality, people fall in love for a variety of reasons at very undefined times. Love has been built from very well intended moves to quite unplanned and coincidental happenings. There are countless captivating stories of how couples found themselves. The magic, thrill, butterflies and all.
Underneath all these stories, the recurrent decimals are those of closeness and time spent together. Time are distance are two vital forces that produce the cords and glues used to bind two hearts together. The magnitude to which these two conditions prevail have direct proportionality with how fast and how strong love can begin.
Let us consider these two concepts triggers closely. At any point where two people tend to be quite close together with a small space and have so much interactions together, feelings will start to develop. Once there is some level of cordiality and crossing of path on a rather regular basis, people begin to develop likeness for each other.
If two strangers find themselves around each other for some length of time, probably having some sense of mutual struggles and there are some similarities between them, it will not take long for them to start catching feelings especially in the absence of some fundamental hinderances or barriers.
Regularly, they see themselves, share smiles, do things together, help each other… it can only be a miracle that they don’t get to like each other. The few exceptions would be when there is poor attitude or a very nasty disposition from one party or another or a total lack of interest in relating with each other.
Also, getting to spend time with someone creates a bond faster than any other thing. With virtual or physical, having quality time with someone hastens emotions. In this period, the parties will get to learn about each other, appreciate and relate, get to find common grounds or understanding and agreement, get to understand challenges and peculiarities, discover each other’s strength and capabilities and all these culminate in developing cordiality.
By spending quality time, people begin to share a part of themselves with the other party. Connections are created and cords are being joined together. Let’s say that, the timing is right and things are in place (and even when these are not settled), emotions will surely rise.
Just take your mind to reality TV shows. Where complete aliens, find themselves together within an enclosed space, having the luxury of excessive time to interact, play together and have fun. In a matter of weeks, we find many of them becoming inseparable even getting very intimate.
This shows the power and potency of time and distance. Even though, in some cases love does not happen maybe for very strong reasons, like incompatibility, prior engagement and the likes, people who spend time together in a close proximity will develop a strong likeness for each other and will create have a high level of understanding and tolerance for each other.
Before the other factors like good attitude, understanding, attraction, and the rest come in, there have to be a foundation built by spending quality time together and being close together for love to happen. So dear friend, watch out for how much time you spend with that someone and how close you guys get together before you will be overtaken by the strong wind of love. That is if you are not already in for it.
