Martial’s representation have been given permission to explore for a new club by Old Trafford officials, and it is believed that he is open to staying in the Premier League while also considering chances on the continent.
Before re-signing Antoine Griezmann, Atletico Madrid expressed interest, and Barcelona could take a look at him next season.
There were no options open during the summer, but Martial, 25, would be able to go on in January if a reasonable offer came in.
