According to reports, Chelsea has been warned that they must make a bid in excess of £100 million to sign Declan Rice away from West Ham next summer.
Chelsea are among the clubs interested in signing the English holding midfielder, as are Manchester United and Manchester City.
Rice has turned down two contract extensions from the east London club this summer because he wants to be a part of a team that consistently competes in the Champions League.
According to Football London, the club has yet to receive a bid for the Englishman, but they will accept a proposal of £100 million, which is the same amount that Manchester City spent for Jack Grealish.
David Moyes, the manager of the Hammers, is determined to keep hold of one of his greatest players as he approaches the prime of his career.
