Salah Scores 100th Premier League Goal In Liverpool Win

Liverpool stayed in touch with the Premier League leaders thanks to Mohamed Salah’s 100th goal in the English top division, which helped them beat Leeds.

The encounter was tarnished, however, by a dislocated ankle suffered by teenage midfielder Harvey Elliott, who was stretchered off after an initially innocuous-looking slide challenge from Leeds’ Pascal Struijk, which led to the latter’s dismissal.

Liverpool, on the other hand, had already taken command of the game.

Salah was perfectly placed to knock in Trent Alexander-low Arnold’s cross to give the Reds the lead in the 20th minute, with Fabinho bundling in the second five minutes later following a corner.
