Bernardo Silva Earns Man City A Win At Leicester

Manchester City won their third consecutive league game after defeating Leicester City in a thrilling match at King Power Stadium.

In a fast-paced battle, goalkeepers Kasper Schmeichel and Ederson made important stops to keep their respective teams in the game before Bernardo Silva’s close-range finish settled the game.

After Caglar Soyuncu deflected Joao Cancelo’s shot into Silva’s path, the Portuguese pounced. At 0-0, Manchester City’s Ederson made a fine stop from Harvey Barnes, while Schmeichel denied Gabriel Jesus twice.

Leicester had many chances, with Barnes’ header touching the top of the bar before Jamie Vardy’s goal was ruled out for offside.

With Silva’s goal, City have now won all of their games since losing 1-0 to Tottenham Hotspur to begin their Premier League title defense.
