Borussia Dortmund won a thrilling match against Hoffenheim, with all three of their goal scorers being born in England.
Jude Bellingham, a Stourbridge-born England midfielder, set up Sunderland-born Giovanni Reyna for the opener.

Bellingham, 18, scored from the edge of the box after Christoph Baumgartner had equalized. Hoffenheim’s Munas Dabbur scored in the 90th minute, but Leeds’ Erling Braut Haaland scored an injury-time victory.

Haaland represents Norway, while Reyna represents the United States. Both were born in England, and their fathers were Premier League players. Claudio Reyna played for Sunderland for two years, while Alf-Inge Haaland played for Nottingham Forest and Leeds, as well as Manchester City.

Reyna’s goal for Dortmund came on the same day he became the Bundesliga’s youngest player with 50 appearances.
