ManU Will Play West Ham In The Carabao Cup Third Round, While Spurs Will Travel To Wolves

In the third round of the Carabao Cup, Manchester United will face West Ham United. Hammers manager David Moyes will make his return to the club that ousted him in 2014 after only ten months in command.

Manchester City, the four-time defending champions, will face League One side Wycombe Wanderers, while Nuno Espirito Santo will face his former team Tottenham Hotspur.

The other all-Premier League matchups are Chelsea vs. Aston Villa and Norwich City vs. Liverpool. The games will take place the week of September 20th.

Pep Guardiola’s team has dominated the league in recent years, winning it in each of the last four seasons, including last season when they defeated Tottenham 1-0 at Wembley.

In other Premier League third-round ties, Leicester City hosts Millwall, Everton visits QPR, while Leeds travels to west London to face Fulham.

Cheltenham Town will go to Preston North End in the third round for the first time, while Wigan Athletic will host Sunderland.
