Arsenal’s Premier League season got off to the worst conceivable start on Friday, as they were defeated 2-0 by Brentford. The Gunners have already been active in the summer window, spending £75 million on new signings.
Ben White joined for £50 million from Brighton, with Albert Sambi Lokonga and Nuno Tavares joining for £16 million and £7 million, respectively. But the club isn’t finished yet, with club leaders reportedly keen to invest even more money.
Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang have been linked with moves away from the Emirates.
The Gunners have other targets in mind, and are still eager to sign a new creative midfielder.
