Before the transfer window shuts, Manchester United is set to let Amad go on loan.
The 19-year-old joined United in January for £37 million from Atalanta, but has only appeared eight times, starting twice, and skipped pre-season to represent the Ivory Coast at the Olympics.
United has previously agreed to transfer fellow right-sided forward Facundo Pellistri to Alaves for a season, while Amad has also been set up for a loan.
Last October, after the club failed to pay Borussia Dortmund’s £108 million valuation of Jadon Sancho, Amad and Pellistri decided to join United on deadline day.
Despite Marcus Rashford’s long-term absence due to a shoulder injury, United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has a plethora of attacking alternatives after signing Sancho for £72.9 million last month.
