PSG President Nasser Al-Khelaifi Insists Kylian Mbappe Has No Excuse To Leave For R’Madrid After Messi Joined The Club

Nasser Al-Khelaifi, president of Paris Saint-Germain, has confirmed that Kylian Mbappe will remain at the club for the 2021-2022 season. Given that he has one year left on his contract at the Parc des Princes and has drawn interest from Real Madrid, the Frenchman’s future has been up in the air this summer.

Al-Khelaifi, on the other hand, has dismissed reports that the 22-year-old could leave Paris Saint-Germain this summer, claiming that he ‘is a PSG player’ and that there are ‘no doubts or excuses of any kind,’ with the Ligue 1 club now an appealing proposition following the epic signing of Lionel Messi from Barcelona.

Al-Khelaifi mentioned Mbappe’s condition during Messi’s first press conference at the club.
‘Everyone knows Mbappe’s future,’ he remarked. He is a member of PSG. Kylian is a fierce competitor who wants to win. He has stated publicly that he does not want to leave the team, and he has made no other excuses. Mbappe isn’t going anywhere.

During his press conference, Messi, who recently signed a two-year contract with Paris St-Germain worth a stunning £1 million per week after leaving Barcelona, said he was looking forward to playing with Mbappe and Neymar, referring to them as “the best players.”
