Following the club’s blockbuster summer purchases, Paul Pogba may apparently see a bright future at Manchester United, but the Frenchman may still be hesitant to sign a contract extension. According to Sky Sports News, Pogba has stated that he loves United but understands that his next contract, at the age of 28, will likely be his last big pay day.
The Frenchman has been the focus of transfer rumors all season, and PSG is allegedly in talks with Pogba’s representatives over a £43 million trade.
According to reports, Pogba believes he has a ‘fantastic relationship’ with United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and is ecstatic about the additions of Jadon Sancho and Raphael Varane this summer.
Solskjaer’s aim to mount a real bid on the Premier League crown next season is signaled by the new additions, which appeals greatly to World Cup winner Pogba. This may not be enough to resolve the long-standing issue of his contract, which is approaching the end of its term.
