“Man, it would be insane,” she jokes to BBC Sport.
“In retrospect, I never considered myself to be an Olympian. I had no intention of becoming a professional runner; I was just doing it, not thinking about it. I still pinch myself when I realize how far I’ve gone and how much I’ve accomplished because I can’t believe it.”
