AC Milan are planning a triple transfer raid on European champions Chelsea in the hopes of adding Olivier Giroud, Hakim Ziyech, and Fikayo Tomori to their team for next season.
Despite concluding the season without a title, the Italian giants had a comeback season, finishing second in Serie A and qualifying for the Champions League for the first time since 2013-14.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, the aforementioned Chelsea trio are on the Rossoneri’s wishlist this summer as they aim to win Serie A and play in Europe’s best club championship next season. Following a successful loan spell there in the January transfer window, Tomori appears to be the easiest of the three bids to complete.
AC Milan has the option to buy him for £25 million as part of the loan, and that now appears to be a formality. Ziyech was one of Chelsea’s most high-profile signings last summer, but his first season at the club has been a mixed bag.
