In an exciting Champions League quarter-final first leg, Kylian Mbappe scored twice to lead Paris St-Germain to a 2-0 victory over title holders Bayern Munich.
This was a rematch between last year’s finalists, and they all contributed to a highly exciting game that was worthy of becoming the competition’s final.
Mbappe made his mark in just three minutes after being fed by Neymar and thumping a drive through Manuel Neuer’s legs.
Midway through the first half, Marquinhos doubled the lead for the French champions with a tidy finish from a great pass by Neymar, before ex-PSG striker Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting halved the deficit.
