Former Liverpool midfielder Charlie Adam believes Kieran Tierney is strong enough to play for Real Madrid and Manchester City.
Since facing a series of injury setbacks, the Arsenal left-back has had his best season with the Gunners, making 23 starts and providing two assists down the flank.
His consistent play under Mikel Arteta has won him praise from Adam, a fellow Scot who believes the 23-year-old will make a major leap this summer and values him at around £50 million.
Adam, who played 37 times for Liverpool and now plays for Dundee in the Scottish Championship, described him as a “top player.” ‘Would it surprise me if a Real Madrid, a Man City, or any of the top clubs in the world did not win the Champions League?’
