Cardiff City Has Sacked Coach Neil Harris Following six-Game Losing Streak

After a run of six straight defeats, Cardiff have sacked manager Neil Harris. Harris was named in November 2019 and leaves Cardiff City Stadium in the Sky Bet Championship with the Bluebirds 15th, 13 points from the play-off positions.
‘I would like to sincerely thank Neil and David (Livermore, assistant manager) for their hard work at Cardiff City,’ Cardiff owner Vincent Tan told the club website.
They recognize and appreciate their efforts to propel us towards last year’s fifth-place finish and play-off position, although unfortunately we are in a result-oriented business and our on-field results of late and progress this season have been very poor.
