Keane Header Sends Everton Fourth With A Win At Wolves

This season’s sixth away win in the league by the Toffees pushed them to fourth in the table, level on points with Leicester in third position and just four off the lead held by Manchester United. When Alex Iwobi fired home in the fifth minute for his first goal in 38 Premier League appearances, they got off to a brilliant beginning.
Wolves, chasing just their second win in eight games, hit back through Ruben Neves in the 14th minute. At the beginning of January, the Portuguese midfielder ended his own barren streak against Brighton, achieving two goals in two league matches with a sublime side-foot finish following Rayan Ait-brilliant Nouri’s movement.
Before Keane rose highest in the area to convert Andre Gomes’ teasing cross from the left, the home side seemed more likely to edge the game.
