The company will also unveil several iPhones that day.
Besides iPhone 13, the Cupertino-based tech giant is expected to launch other products which include Apple Watch and Airpod models.
Apple Watches and AirPods are always Launched once/twice a year as the case maybe.
Regarding the expected features, price and specifications of the iPhone 13, different leaks reveal that the phone would be sold at a much higher price than its predecessors.
Also, the most unique feature of the iPhone 13 lineup is that it will be able to connect LEO satellites which basically means that users can make calls and messages with any network.
It is being reported that users will not have to shell out any money for communicating over LEO satellites. A Bloomberg report revealed that the feature would be dubbed “Emergency Message via Satellite” and integrated into the iMessage app as a third protocol.
This feature will also have grey bubbles against green and blue for SMS and iMessage texts.
Apple will launch the iPhone 13 Mini, iPhone 13, the iPhone 13 Pro, and the iPhone 13 Pro Max.
The three latest versions will feature the new Apple A15 chip which will be unveiled at the event.
They are also expected to come with bigger battery capacities, faster charging, and reverse wireless charging. It has also been reported that the new iPhones will have support for satellite communication in cases where cellular connectivity isn’t available.
However, this feature may not be available in all regions. The new iPhones should also get new color options.
