Kane, 27, has a gentleman’s agreement with Tottenham Hotspur that allows him to leave the club this summer. After leading England to the Euro 2020 final, where they were defeated by Italy, he is presently on vacation.

Manchester City, the Premier League champions, began the first moves toward signing Kane from Spurs this summer last month.
According to BBC Sport, negotiations have taken place that could lead to City making a formal offer, but insiders from both clubs have denied that a formal £100 million deal has been made.
